Homeoplasmine is the famous “French Vaseline” that every French makeup artist has in his beauty kit. Also it’s a fashion week must have used by models, make up artists and even nail technicians.
Homeoplasmine is a homeopathic ointment made for skin irritations, containing extracts of plants and an antiseptic. It is formulated to relieve irritation of the nasal mucous membranes associated with colds and rhinitis, scratches, grazes, bruises and cracks of the skin—especially dry, chapped lips.
Homeoplasmine ingredients are Calendula officinalis, Phytolacca officinalis, Bryonia, Benzoin, Boric acid, and Vaselinum album.
Yes, it does contain majority Vaseline, but it differs in that it also contains homeopathic ingredients.
Dry lips of my clients - the main purpose for which I have been using it. You literally need the tiniest amount and it completely smoothes out your lips, removing any dry or flakey patches. It goes on shiny but very quickly dries to a matte finish so it’s great for under lipsticks.
- Helps soothe and cure infections
- Long lasting
- Extremely quick cure for chapped lips and/or dry skin
- Not shiny on skin
- Absorbs quickly
- Non fragranced
- The tube can make it hard to get every single bit out
- Contains Vaseline
